I didn't know you'd lost your sense of smell. That's actually considered the most dangerous form of sensory loss disabilities yet blindness and deafness get all the attention.
Smells of Spring... hmm... I love the smell of sweets baking especially if they contain cinnamon but that's not exclusive to spring The scent of the lilacs by the front door tells me that it finally really is spring. The smell of wood smoke will stop as spring progresses and will return in the fall. Sometimes I like the scent of fresh mown grass. Not sure why it's a sometimes.
May I ask what caused your sense of smell to go? I only ask as my condition/s have somehow caused my sense of smell to become extremely strong so the world is a stinky place to me! I have to say I agree with the post-rain smell etc, and would like to add babies (human, and other, like how puppies smell?! yum!) maybe thats my womb talkin not nose tho lol and also new paper, bergamot, and horses. :) x

I've heard of a lot of people who have had their sense of smell amplified...I have problems with my eyes and ears for being over sensitive too.
As for the anosmia, I have NO idea. It just got up and walked away a few years ago. They think some kind of brain damage...
MMmmmmm, bacon :)
