- I currently cannot move even remotely without extreme muscle pain. Talk about a flare!
- I miss my two best Internet-friends!
- Sleeping either too long or not long enough.
- Not having a copy of Toni Bernhard's book "How To Be Sick" yet!
- Feeling so dependent on others, yet also damaged by them.
- That I don't have a pumpkin spice latte in my hands at this very minute! Where did that year go Starbucks??
- Likely pituitary tumor.
- Feeling way worse ALL of the time.
- The fact that my best friend is so sad :(

Having a sad day today friends. I'm not even that rant-filled. Fill the rest in for me? Haha...

I'll give you a hand, Annie!
I don't like:
*laundry day
*forgetting my grocery list
*forgetting in general (the fibro fog rolls in everyday)
*feeling exhausted all the time (even if I get some sleep)
Hope you (and your friend) feel better soon! Sending good thoughts and gentle (((((hugs)))))

I'm sorry to hear you are in a bad patch
Have you ever tried doing a gratitude journal - where you find 5 things a day to be greatful for?
it really works & it is amazing how life does seem different
