Quote of the Day - Marion Cotillard

As a teenager, I didn't want to be me; I wanted to be many different people. Maybe I realized that they all lived inside me and that if I managed to connect with them, they would become aspects of me.

I LOVE this quote.  I felt alienated as a teenager (and longed to be someone else), and it is just over the last few years that I have learned to recognize all the different parts of life I can channel.

So wise.

What did anyone get for Christmas?

I got:
  • A leaf ring
  • An owl necklace
  • A velvet blazer
  • A Kinect
  • and a variety of practical odds and ends!
I would love to know!!

xoxo,
Annie

Gorgeous fluffy slippers, three pairs of pjs (I need them since I live in them these days) and some chocolate. We had a wonderful day. Everone helped out with the cooking which helped me out and then we all watched Inception together. Awesome movie!

heheeh - we don't celebrate Christmas but I got overly excited and bought my hubby a wallet!

He didn't get me anything though!

I got adorable little peace sign earrings, a new coffee maker (MMMMM), some great candles, and warm fuzzy jammies! Great day, couldn't have asked for more!

By the looks of my Christmas presents you'd have no idea I'm 27-years-old haha. I'm obsessed with owls, so like several years passed, I got many owl trinkets, pajamas, and whatnots. My boyfriend managed to find a replica of my most treasured Alice in Wonderland tea set that I had when I was a little girl, but lost in my parents divorce... it's beautiful and one of the most thoughtful gifts ever.

I danced to "I Wanna Rock With You" to Micheal Jackson's Dance Experience on Wii with my boyfriend and 15-year-old sister and then felt like I was going to pass out and/or throw up, but it was super fun while it lasted haha. I'm painfully exhausted now but it was all worth it.

So glad you got what you wanted Annie! <3
