Ow Ow Ow

My fibromyalgia has never been worse.

I literally cannot move today.  It is excruciating.  My back, my legs, my arms...the only thing capable of doing anything today are my fingers and they even hurt.

I also found a spider in my hair today.

Traumatic.

Too tired to give much of an update, but I love all of you!  Tell me how you are all feeling!

xoxo,
Annie

My legs hurt like whoa. I walked a lot on Friday, in shoes that were not meant to be walked a lot in. ~.~
feel better!

Thank you! The diagnostics have changed quite a lot over the years...now it is more of presenting a specific set of symptoms over a prolonged period of time.

If you think you fit the symptoms, definitely get checked out by a doctor. There are no medicines that equal a cure, but there are that help (as well as swimming!)

Hope you are feeling better soon! I can't imagine your pain. Are there meds that ease the pain when it is bad like this? God Bless You.

Went to a wedding yesterday. First time I've been out of the house for 9 hours straight since I've been ill. I sat the whole time so even though I got the shakes I could cover it well. I seem to be ok today. I think the acupuncture treatments are helping. Yeah!!

Hey, Annie, has your doctor prescribed Cymbalta for you? My sister has fibro, and she says it's been very effective. I tried it for one day. :) The effects were too much for me, interfering with sleep and increasing my fatigue, and my pain symptoms aren't that bad, so I stopped. But I could tell immediately it was helpful for pain.

I'm sure you've tried a gazillion things; just thought I'd throw another one out there for ya. Hugs, and hope you feel better.

Today my scalp is on FIRE, has been for about a week or so now. I'm guessing it coincides with my lupus malar rash, poo!

How ever it could be worse. Hopefully some nioxin will nip it it in the butt. *kisses* praying that you'll feel better soon <3
