I love this quote! Maya is the resident writer at my old university down in North Carolina. She teaches a poetry class for seniors, but it's only an 8-week course and I was sick by that time anyway. Also, BEFORE I was real sick, I worked part-time at a restaurant near the school where Ms. Angelou's... granddaughter, I think? Or maybe niece? Whatever, a member of the Angelou family used to come in everyday. It was kind of neat, haha.
Remember that there are many ways to kick the world's asstronaut. One is by remaining yourself and refusing to crumble under sickness!
